  31. CEO's major features include:
  32.  
  33. *Consistent interface throughout.  No need to make use of two
  34. different programs (ie. Folders and ProgMan) for one job.
  35.  
  36. *Create subfolders (subgroups) within folders, allowing you to create
  37. a tree structure of folders and subfolders.
  38.  
  39. *Move or copy items between folders with a simple drag/drop 
  40. interface.  Select a single item to be moved or copied or select 
  41. multiple items and move or copy all at once.

  43. *Display items in folders as icons, text (as in File Manager) or as 
  44. buttons (as in a toolbar).

  46. *Password protection provided for individual folders or can be used 
  47. to lock people out of Windows completely.

  49. *History menu which tracks the last twelve applications launched 
  50. from any folder.  This allows you to quickly re-launch an 
  51. application you wish to use again after closing it.

  95. programs can be set to automatically inquire for a data file upon

  100. folder.  For example, assign a document icon to the extension 
  101. DOC.  Any file added with a DOC extension will automatically

  105. allows multiple programs to be assigned to a single extension.  
  106. Executing a folder item with multiple programs assigned to it will 
  107. cause a listbox to appear from which the desired program to be run

  111. of the CEO system.  Various confirmation, display and start up 
  112. options may be set.
